this has such a powerful meaning to it. Because sometimes, it is too late to save someone, once you realize how much they’ve needed help, they’re already gone. When you realize you shouldn’t have said those last words to that person, that you could change those words. I often hear “oh they were such a wonderful person, they didn’t need to go this way”, here’s an idea, tell them these things while they’re still alive. It can make a difference, even a simple smile. Watch what you say to people, because you never know, that could be their last day on Earth.

my favorite photo on tumblr.

I love this photo so much, it’s so powerful and wow.

Crying

I could stare at this picture for hours and hours, imagining that this will be me one day.

Every time I see this o n my dash, I reblog it. Literally my favorite picture <3

My therapist gave me these questions that I carry in my wallet everywhere I go whenever I am having an episode of constant anxious thoughts. Training yourself to recognize when your thoughts are unhealthy is really crucial when it comes to coping with anxiety.
The questions read:
Is this thought 100% true?
Is this thought helpful?
Is this what you would tell a friend/loved one?
It’s important to reflect on these every time your mind starts beating you up with your insecurities. Chances are that the thought is not 100% true (if it’s true at all), it’s not helpful in any way, and we most certainly wouldn’t tell others half of the things we tell ourselves. We need to treat ourselves better.
The last line there says consider the opposite - literally take your thought/s and flip its meaning. ‘I look awful today’ = ‘I look great today’. It takes practice, but giving a try could really help you.
Hope these tips help someone out.
